About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details NASA's requirements for the 2025 Fermi Summer School Workshop, to be hosted by the University of Delaware from May 27 to June 6, 2025. The vendor must provide facilities and support services for a scientific workshop involving up to 35 early-career researchers and experts in gamma-ray astrophysics, including one classroom-style meeting room, breakout spaces, robust wireless internet, A/V equipment, and an outdoor dark site suitable for astronomical observations using portable optical and muon telescopes.

Key technical requirements include functional internet and power connections, A/V equipment tested before each session, and outdoor spaces prepared for nighttime astronomical observations. NASA and the University of Delaware will provide the workshop agenda, research materials, and instructional content. The procurement is planned as a sole source contract to the University of Delaware under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), with performance located at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and a NAICS code of 561210. Interested organizations may submit capabilities and qualifications by 12 p.m. Central Standard Time on 3/21/2025.
