About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details NASA Aeronautics Research Institute's (NARI) requirements for upgrading collaboration spaces in Building 17 at Moffett Field, CA. The project involves three primary rooms: Room 201 will be repurposed with a 4K wireless presentation system, conference cameras, sound system, and new furniture; Room 202 requires a matrix switcher, touchscreen control system, ceiling microphones, and additional tables and chairs; Room 214 will be transformed into a collaborative kitchen and lounge area with new furniture, a refrigerator, decor, and ambient lighting.
Key technical specifications include 4K wireless presentation systems compatible with multiple device types, UHD conference cameras with 20x zoom, ceiling microphone arrays, and soundbars for enhanced audio. Furniture requirements specify matching existing OFS Brands Applause tables with white laminate finish and Slader chairs with mesh backs. The project mandates compliance with NASA Microsoft Teams collaboration tools, security requirements, and federal energy efficiency standards. Personnel must have government-issued Real ID, and all work will be performed on the second floor of a building without elevator access. The overall goal is to create flexible, technology-integrated meeting spaces supporting hybrid collaboration.
