Sources Sought Update – Questions & Answers (29 Nov 19)

1. Q: Are we able to cite the prior experience (e.g., resumes) of individuals on our staff (separate from our institutional past performance) when demonstrating our experience and past performance in our capability statement?

A: Yes. For the purposes of the Sources Sought, feel free to include the experience of individuals on your staff when discussing your company’s capabilities. Whether that is via resumes or simply a narrative is up to each contractor.

2. Q: Does NASA intend to hold an Industry Day? If so, then will Industry Day be held before or after the release of the RFP?

A: At this time, NASA intends to hold an industry day after the release of the RFP.

Industry is encouraged to comment regarding this approach.

3. Q: Since a Draft RFP will not be issued, will offerors have more than the standard 30 days in which to prepare and submit a proposal?

A: NASA intends to give offerors 45 calendar days after RFP release to prepare and submit a proposal.
