About this file
This document is a solicitation for the Gulfstream-IV Next Generation Airborne Synthetic Aperture Radar (AirSAR-NG) Modification issued by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Armstrong Flight Research Center. The principal purpose is to provide a more capable, versatile, and maintainable AirSAR platform by redesigning and replacing the UAVSAR instrument. The new design will enable more hardware to be housed in the aircraft cabin and eliminate the need for an external pod. This is a full and open competition with a NAICS code of 488190 and a small business size standard of $40 million. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price with a period of performance as described in the solicitation. The anticipated award date is May 29, 2024, and the contract will be performed offsite at the contractor's facilities. Offerors must have a CAGE code matching their submitted corporate address. Proposals are due no later than April 8, 2024 at 10:00am PT and must be submitted through NASA's Enterprise File Sharing and Sync Box.
