About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement on behalf of the Detroit Police Department for the provision of Prescription Drug Supplies. The RFQ seeks qualified vendors to supply pharmaceutical products needed by the Police Department. The document outlines specific item requirements, quantities, and delivery specifications for various prescription drug supplies. Vendors are required to submit quotations by the stated deadline, with evaluation and award decisions to follow the submission period. The contract will be established for an initial term with potential renewal options to be exercised at the City's discretion, allowing for continuity of pharmaceutical supply services to the department.
The RFQ establishes pricing terms on a unit or per-item basis, with vendors required to provide competitive quotes for the specified pharmaceutical supplies. The City may apply applicable set-asides for local, minority-owned, or women-owned business enterprises if applicable to this procurement. Funding for this contract will be provided through the Detroit Police Department's operational budget. Payment terms and delivery requirements are specified to ensure timely receipt of supplies at designated departmental locations. Vendors must demonstrate capability to maintain adequate inventory levels and provide reliable fulfillment of orders to support the Police Department's operational needs throughout the contract term.
