About this file
This is a Non-Negotiable Contract Terms acknowledgment document for Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), a California health plan soliciting contractors for Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) services. The document establishes the contractual framework that bidders must accept without modification as a condition of proposal submission. All standard contract terms and conditions provided by IEHP in RFP Exhibit B are designated as non-negotiable and must be accepted as presented. Bidders are required to submit any exceptions, deviations, or clarifications regarding other terms of IEHP's standard contract at the time of bid submission; failure to do so indicates acceptance of those terms and precludes future negotiation upon contract award. The acknowledgment must be executed by an authorized signatory and submitted with the quotation or proposal.
The document requires the authorized signatory to declare under penalty of perjury under California law that they possess the authority to bind their company to the stated terms and conditions. The document specifies that it was revised on September 19, 2024, and must include the execution date, city, and state. This acknowledgment serves as a binding commitment from the bidder that they have reviewed and accept IEHP's non-negotiable contract framework as a prerequisite for proposal consideration.
