The contract term is three years from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year renewal periods at the AOC's sole discretion. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Maryland Judiciary Procurement Portal by the closing date specified in the portal; a pre-bid conference is available as indicated in the solicitation details.
