About this file
This document is a Resume Summary Template required by the Colorado Department of Corrections for bidders submitting proposals on a state contract opportunity. The template establishes standardized formatting and content requirements for all personnel resumes submitted with bids, with individual resumes limited to four pages maximum. Key personnel must demonstrate relevant skills, experience, and references, and bidders may assign a single individual to multiple key positions provided sufficient hours are allocated and a separate resume template is completed for each role. The template requires documentation of five years of project management experience managing similar-sized and scoped projects, five years of experience facilitating meetings with clients and stakeholders, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and guide staff toward accurate and timely service delivery. Minimum educational requirements include a bachelor's degree with project management certification preferred.
The template mandates submission of a Letter of Commitment signed by each identified key resource confirming their commitment to work on the project contingent upon bid award. If key personnel are currently assigned to other state projects, a release letter signed by the respective State Program Manager must accompany the proposal. Bidders must provide a minimum of three client references for work performed within the last three years, with authorization for the State of Colorado to contact references and previous employers to verify submitted information. The template requires documentation of education, including degree type, completion year, university, program, and area of study; technical or professional training relevant to the proposed role; and applicable certifications or professional affiliations with dates of completion.
