About this file

This document contains a checklist for surveillance of industrial cleaning services under a federal contract. The checklist is to be used by a designated government representative for oversight of a contractor's work. It includes questions about the contractor's arrival time, equipment, proper functioning of equipment without delays, and satisfactory completion of work. The contractor's equipment must include a 3,500 gallon vacuum truck with 300 feet of hoses, a self-contained heated power washing unit, a liquid transfer pump with 300 feet of hoses, and appropriate personal protective equipment and tools. The vacuum truck is subject to inspection and must arrive with documentation of its empty weight as well as being clean and constructed of chemically compatible materials.
