About this file

This is an Anti-Boycott Statement certification form required by Williamson County, Texas for contractors seeking to conduct business with the county. The document implements compliance requirements under Texas Government Code sections 2271.001 and 2274.002 for the CR 258 Project, which involves construction of turn bays and overlay of existing roadway including grading, drainage structures, erosion control, pavement markings, traffic signals, and signing.

Contractors must certify that they do not and will not boycott Israel, boycott energy companies, or discriminate against firearm entities and firearm trade associations during the contract term. Alternatively, contractors may be exempt from these requirements if they qualify as a sole proprietor, have fewer than 10 full-time employees, or if the contract value is less than $100,000. The form requires the contractor to either affirm all three anti-boycott certifications or specify the applicable exemption criteria, along with authorized signature and printed name and title of the certifying officer.
