The requirement includes specific commercial lift models from Skyjack (scissor lifts in 20 and 32 feet) and JLG (boom lifts in 45, 60, and 80 feet) that must be modified to meet Explosion Proof (EX) specifications. Contractors are required to provide materials, equipment, labor, warranties, and shipping for delivery to Oklahoma City (OC-ALC), Ogden (OO-ALC), and Warner Robins (WR-ALC) Air Logistics Centers.

The market research invites both large and small businesses to respond, with a particular emphasis on small business participation. The survey covers areas such as facility capabilities, manufacturing experience, configuration management, and inventory tracking. No set-aside determination has been made, and the government will assess responses to determine the final procurement strategy, with joint ventures and teaming arrangements encouraged.
