The Health Resources and Services Administration

(HRSA) is contemplating issuance of Blanket

Purchase Agreement pursuant to Federal

Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.303 Blanket

Purchase Agreement (BPA).

The anticipated Period of Performance is one (1)

Based period, plus four (4) option periods from time of award.

The contractor shall be reimbursed on a per BPA

Call basis, within 30 days of services being provided and after an invoice has been submitted and accepted.

The Government intends to make an award as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions as set forth herein, no exceptions.

This RFQ does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a quote. In addition, the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the

Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this acquisition.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Establishment of the BPA and placement of orders will be based on the Government need. The quotes will be evaluated in accordance with Attachment B

(d) Comptroller General Examination of
