Q.1. In the requirements, Part 1-Section C Attachments, the prefilters/HEPA Filters/Carbon Filters do not have their part or model numbers listed. Is there any way we can get that information for the part and model numbers for the pre-filters, HEPA filters, and carbon filters located on the roof of Building 108 for the Radiological banks and Chemical banks and inside the basement area of Building 101 for Modules C, D, E, and F?
Please let me know if we can get this information so we can provide the correct pricing/filters for the proposal.
A.1. Below is the information associated with the current filters being utilized for those areas. This is being provided for informational purposes only. Contractors are responsible for ensuring that what they are providing will meet the requirements of the SOW.

Q.2. We know these air filtration systems were installed by Flanders when they were put in, so if we can get the Flanders part/model numbers for all the prefilters/HEPA filters/Carbon filters and the individual air filtration systems that will give us the correct filters that we would need to order.
A.2. Below is the information associated with the air filtration systems. This is being provided for informational purposes only. Contractors are responsible for ensuring that what they are providing will meet the requirements of the SOW.
