Requirements:

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for the current rate of usage consisting of 70 deliveries of three (3) LN2 gas tanks per delivery, for a total of 210 tanks per year. The service for each delivery will include tank delivery to the gas cylinder room, set up, and installation of the required number of LN2 tanks at the manifold. The estimated Period of Performance will be December 2, 2026 - December 1, 2027.

Additional tanks per delivery or an additional delivery within the same week may be requested if the rate of usage by the cryofreezers indicates a need or if there is an anticipated delay until the next delivery that is expected to impact available levels of LN2 to the cryofreezers (i.e. inclement weather, federal holidays).

The lowest filled tanks (30% and less) will be replaced with the delivered tanks. All tanks will be properly installed in the pre-existing sequence to ensure the manifold can pull from all tanks as they deplete. In addition to delivery and install, certificates of batch analysis shall be provided for each tank.

All maintenance services shall be performed on-site in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard commercial maintenance practices. The Contractor shall notify the Point of Contact directly when ~21 tanks are remaining. Notification shall occur via email with a summary of to date total usage and remaining tanks/service.
