Advanced Light Sheet Technology
Projected Light Sheet Microscopy (pLSM - patent pending): Cutting-edge imaging technique utilizing dynamic, modulated light sheets for high resolution visualization of cleared samples.
This innovative approach enables multi-resolution imaging and minimal photobleaching making it particularly valuable for fields like developmental biology, neuroscience, and other areas requiring detailed analysis of cleared intact specimens.
Linearly Adaptive Light-Sheet Offset Correction: Enables compatibility with a wide array of clearing protocols without the need for any hardware configuration. Supports iDISCO, CLARITY, SHANEL, CUBIC, BINAREE and other optical clearing techniques. This correction also compensates for refactive index heterogeneity throughout a sample significantly improving image quality
Software-Driven Light sheet Modulation: Adjustable light-sheet thickness (8um -50um) enabling fast scan or high resolution modes for optimized imaging.
Automated Multi-Channel Acquisition: Seamless switching between illumination wavelengths for imaging a wide array of fluorescence reporters
Versatilty
Supports a wide range of applications such as whole brain imaging, vascular system imaging, neurodegenerative disease research, developmental biology studies and general biological research requiring 3D imaging
Samples are imaged in exchangeable, fast-mounting, magnetically-held cuvettes designed to support the stable imaging of complexly shaped organs and tissues
