About this file

This is Amendment Number One to Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 75N98026Q00384 issued by the National Institutes of Health, Hospital and Laboratory Support Division, Office of Logistics and Operations and Office of Acquisition and Logistics Management on May 27, 2026. The RFQ solicits support for development, maintenance, and distribution of identifiers for research resources to serve replicable, reproducible, and generalizable biomedical research. The amendment provides responses to four vendor questions for informational purposes only and does not modify the technical requirements, specifications, or terms and conditions of the RFQ unless formally changed in a separate correction or change notice.

The four questions and government responses address submission requirements and experience qualifications. Technical proposals must be limited to 12 pages using Arial 11 font. The incumbent contractor is SciCrunch LLC. Regarding prior experience requirements with ORIP and OCCAM, the government clarified that these are illustrative examples rather than restrictive mandatory requirements. The government will evaluate experience of similar scope, complexity, and relevance involving NIH, HHS, or other comparable Federal biomedical or health research organizations and programs, including Federal research, scientific, or health-related agencies where such experience demonstrates knowledge of the biomedical research enterprise and applicable Federal requirements. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the specified deadline by either referencing it on each copy of their offer or submitting a separate letter or email containing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
