RFQ 75N97023Q00096
Specifications applicable to all Literature Orders
1. The Contractor shall ship materials from a central location to the address provided by NLM. Drop Shipments whereby the Contractor arranges shipment direct from the publisher to NLM are not acceptable.
· Book orders approved for shipment shall be delivered via courier, such as UPS or DHL, and have a tracking number associated with the shipping list and invoice.
· The Contractor shall receive items at a central location, pack adequately to avoid damage with a weight limit of 50 lbs. per box, and ship via a courier service with online tracking.
2. The Offeror’s quote must be in U.S. dollars. All quantities are single quantity and all material requested is in print copy. Literature supplied in PDF or other electronic format is not acceptable unless access is tied to the print copy purchase.
3. Each title must be listed as a separate line item, giving the publisher’s list price and applicable offeror discounted price.
4. Each item must be identified by title, edition, volume, issue, part, International Standard Book Number (ISBN), International Standard Serial Number (ISSN), etc.
5. Any offered quantity or volume discount must be listed.
6. Any handling or service or other charges must be listed.
7. Estimated shipping charges must be listed.
8. Product availability and shipping dates/times must be listed.
