About this file
This is a non-competitive combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ #75N95C25Q00001) issued by the National Center for Advancing Translational Science for Agilent NMR disassembly services. The agency intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Agilent Technologies, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA to temporarily disassemble three NMR units at the NCATS Chemistry Labs in Rockville, MD. The brand name justification cites that using non-Agilent services could void warranties.
The scope includes disconnecting, packing, and securing components for three specific NMR units: DD2 NMR400, DD2-600MHz, and 400MR, including their consoles, probes, sample changers, and associated cabling/tubing. The NAICS code is 811210 with a size standard of $34 million, with no set-aside restrictions. Responses are due by January 2, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST and must be submitted electronically to brian.lind@nih.gov. Respondents must provide product details, pricing, delivery terms, and proof they are authorized manufacturers/resellers, along with active SAM registration and required business identifiers (DUNS, TIN).
