About this file

This document contains three key FAR provisions related to a federal contract opportunity:

FAR 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, FAR 52.204-26 Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representation, and FAR 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate. These provisions require offerors to represent whether they provide or use certain telecommunications equipment, services, or foreign end products. The offeror must provide detailed disclosures if they indicate they do provide or use the prohibited items.

The related federal contract opportunity is for a Maintenance and Repair Agreement for an ImageXpress Micro Confocal High-Content Imaging System, a non-competitive solicitation to be awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Drug Abuse. The solicitation number is 75N95025Q00024 and the closing date is not provided. This appears to be a brand-name, sole source acquisition without full and open competition.
