Vendor Questions for RFP No. 75N95024R00054 - NINDS Preclinical Screening Platform for Pain (PSPP)

1. In the SOW Performance Area1 under technical requirements there is reference for non-rodent work under C. Is this required or optional? They should provide their best response as to what is feasible from their expertise (as of now, currently, we do not/have not required to go to non-rodents. We cannot predict what may be needed in the future).

2. In terms asset number for the various tests there are recommendations in the SOW and a separate recommendation under Additional technical proposal instructions.

The numbers do not match in the 2 documents so we were wondering which we should consider. (This issue was addressed in Amendment 1).

3. Can we budget travel to main conferences where we present PSPP related research

(examples are SFN, IASP and ACNP conferences)? (This will depend on contract office and the contractor making a request? In the ongoing contract we had not paid for travel, but they have asked)

4. Does the submission via NIH eCPS need to be done by a particular individual?

Submission can be made by any authorized employee within an offeror’s organization with an eCPS account.

5. Section K- Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Offerors.

Clarification needed, if we are registered in SAM.gov does that essentially provide you with confirmation the certifications have been approved?

The completed Section K document must be included with all offerors’ business proposals even if they are actively registered in SAM.gov.
