Amendment #1

RFQ 75N95023Q00612

The purpose of this Amendment is to answer questions and extend the due date for quotes.

Q1. Do we need to submit a capability statement with our quote?

A1. Yes, as required in the Combined Synopsis under Section (xxvii) responses to solicitations must include clear and convincing evidence of the offeror’s capability of fulling the requirement. Offeror’s must provide a capability statement that details their ability to complete the work as delineated in the Statement of Work. A quote alone will not suffice in demonstrating the Offeror’s ability to complete the work.

Q2. Are we required to complete and submit a completed VAS worksheet?

A2. All Offeror’s are required to review Attachment 2, VAS worksheet and submit a completed response following the instructions listed in the VAS worksheet.

Q3. Will the advance payment be allowable?

A3. The Government will not authorize advance payments. Offerors are encouraged to provide a payment schedule with their submission. Payment schedules should identify milestones/tasks accomplished and the corresponding price associated with each task.

Q3. We are requesting an additional few days to submit our response. Would the Government be amenable to an extension of time?

A3. Amendment No. 1 extends the due date for the submission of quotes until 1:00 PM EST on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
