DESCRIPTION
(v) The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), within the National
Institutes of Health (NIH), requires a curated collection of screening compounds based on the Broad Institute Repurposing Set. These are highly optimized small molecules, FDA-approved drugs, clinical trial drugs, and pre-clinical tool compounds with a companion information resource. The entire set has more than 6,000 compounds and NCATS seeks to purchase a curated collection as large as possible based on this Broad Institute Repurposing Set.
NCATS requires a compound library based on the Broad Institute Repurposing Set, as large as possible but with a minimum of 6,000 compounds, that meet the following salient characteristics:
1) 500ul each @ 10mM
2) 96-well plate format
3) Small molecules must have validated biological and pharmacological activities.
4) Must be available for high-throughput screening (HTS) and high-content screening (HCS).
5) Must come with detailed biological and chemical information with LC/MS and NMR reports to ensure high quality.
6) Guaranteed to have a purity of >95% (accuracy +/-5%) that is to be confirmed by NMR and/or LCMS spectra.
Vendors able to provide at least 6,000 compounds will be considered for award.
(vi) The Government anticipates award of a firm, fixed-price purchase order and the anticipated delivery date is within three months after receipt of order. Delivery is to be made to the below city and state, FOB destination. The exact address will be noted on the purchase order.
