About this file

This amendment to Request for Proposals 75N93023R00017 provides responses to potential offerors' questions about the virology core laboratory solicitation. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases requires a contractor to generate one viral stock per year and conduct quality control assays for three months of short-term storage. Offerors should budget for annual shipping of viral stocks in accordance with requirements for maintaining viability. A minimum concentration of 1x106 RNA copies per mL is expected per vial. The amendment clarifies that included travel costs should be for consultants and collaborators, not government employees. The proposal due date of December 7, 2023 at 3:00 PM EST is unchanged.
