About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) to identify qualified vendors, especially small businesses, that are interested in and capable of providing a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) or Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) software solution.

The RFI provides details on the NCI's current facility management software, Planon, and the scope of the real estate portfolio that would be managed by the proposed CAFM/IWMS solution. It specifies that any proposed solution must be hosted within the United States and have the appropriate FedRAMP authorization. The NCI does not have a mandate to adopt SaaS solutions over on-premise solutions. Respondents are asked to provide information on their company, relevant contracts, product/service details, pricing, implementation timelines, and any questions they may have regarding the requirement. The NCI will use the information gathered to inform the development of its acquisition strategy for any future procurement related to this requirement. No solicitation is available at this time, and the NCI does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this RFI.
