About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software system support, maintenance, and customization services for the National Cancer Institute (NCI).

The NCI currently uses the Planon ProCenter software system for its space management, maintenance management, and move coordination needs, and is seeking information on Planon authorized resellers, especially small businesses, as well as alternative commercially-available CAFM and/or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) that may meet its needs. The objective is to procure annual updates, system maintenance, and customization capabilities for the current on-premise Planon system installation. The NCI is conducting market research and may issue a solicitation in the future, but does not anticipate doing so in fiscal year 2024. Interested parties are requested to provide information such as company details, product/service information, pricing, implementation timelines, and questions regarding the requirement. The NCI will use the responses to inform its acquisition strategy, and may set aside the requirement for small businesses.
