Key incorporated provisions address compliance requirements including prohibitions on contracting with entities requiring internal confidentiality agreements (FAR 52.203-18), Buy American compliance (FAR 52.225-1, 52.225-2), System for Award Management registration (FAR 52.204-7), personal identity verification (FAR 52.204-9), small business set-asides (FAR 52.219-6), labor standards including service contract labor standards (FAR 52.222-41), paid sick leave requirements (FAR 52.222-62), and anti-trafficking and non-discrimination provisions. The document includes full text clauses for option to extend services up to six months at rates adjusted only for prevailing labor rate revisions, with Contracting Officer exercise within five days, and detailed electronic payment submission requirements through the Department of Treasury Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). For cost-reimbursement contracts, contractors must submit monthly invoices breaking out costs by contract line item number with supporting documentation for direct labor, indirect costs, consultants, travel, subcontractors, and other direct costs, including the Contractor's Unique Entity Identifier Number.
