About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) memorandum from the Indian Health Service (IHS) Portland Area Office regarding Request for Information (RFI) 75H71326Q00009. The document addresses three key questions from potential respondents: (1) whether non-Indian Economic Enterprises can submit an RFI, (2) if there are Buy Indian Act requirements, and (3) concerns about the project timeline. IHS responded that they encourage all businesses (Indian Economic Enterprises, Small and Large) to provide responses, the primary NAICS code is 561621 for Security Systems Services, and the project is associated with meeting Pharmacy Security Policy and Regulations. The government acknowledges the tight completion timeline of March 1, 2025, but indicates they have a deadline to meet compliance requirements.
