Post Identifier: 75H71224Q00010
Project Title: Evidence-Based Software
Date1_af_date: 7/2/24
Date2_af_date: 7/10/24
Dropdown3: [Solicitation]
Text4: 1. What is the list of benefits that you will gain from having this software?

2. The document titled, "75H71224Q00010.pdf" says the RFP submission due date is 7/10/24 at 1700 ET but the GSA.gov site page says due date time is 1600 ET. Can you verify the last time on 7/10/24 we can submit by?

3. The "Attachment 1 Pricing Schedule" and the "75H71224Q00010.pdf" ask for 1 base year + 4 optional years, but the "Attachment+3+-+Addenda+-+Instructions+to+Offerors" asks for a 6 month extension at the end of the 4th year (so 5.5 years total). Is Attachment 3 (with the six-month extension what we should use for the pricing timeline)?

Text5: 1. a. Compliance with the State Operations Manual, Regulations and Interpretive Guidelines for Hospitals, 482.30 Condition of Participation: Utilization Review, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) for determining “Medical Necessity” and “Quality of Care”.

b. Quality Assurance: Provides access to criteria (clinical evidence-based, standards of care), an objective source that medical professionals can reference to support their care recommendations for individual patient treatment and helps automate/streamline the utilization review process.

c. Expedited workflow

2. This requirement is not posted to GSA. Quotes are due July 10 by 4:00 PM ET (1600 ET) as established in SAM.gov.

3. Pricing is for a base plus four option years. The 6-month option pricing shall be based on the previous period of performance's pricing. Example: 6-month option exercised following Option Year 1, 6-month option pricing is 50% (the price of half the Period of Performance) of Option Year 1. In the same way, if the 6-month option is exercised following Option Year 4, the 6-month pricing shall be 50% (the price of half the Period of Performance) for Option Year 4.
