Response to Questions:
1. Is the Pathology lab at PIMC the type that requires a minimum humidity range?
PIMC wants 60% maximum humidity, so a sensor is needed for discharge air (inside humidity is already in place and is for feedback/control). Options for reheat of air to the room is a separate reversed compressor (for heat) or electric heat strips. The maximum amps for this system is 200 amps, the service is 208 V 3 phase.
2. Could you please give us an idea of what the existing exhaust fan capacity is and a mechanical plan layout of the facility?
We have multiple exhaust fans, about up to 5,000 CFM exhaust, but the main 3,000 CFM has pressure controls for flow to keep the building negative at 0.01 inches water column.
