Specific details include confirmation that the project involves testing fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler risers (wet, dry, anti-freeze, pre-action), fire pumps, and backflow preventers, with a requirement to comply with Joint Commission and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
Bidders are directed to reference two attachments (Devices GIMC and Statement of Work) for comprehensive system details, and are instructed to submit an email proposal with a capability statement and quote. Interested vendors must include the solicitation number 75H71025Q00244 in the email subject line when submitting their proposal. Past inspection reports will not be released, as they are maintained in-house by the department.
