The solicitation requires offerors to submit a four-volume quote for Pharmacist services via email, with specific documentation requirements for each volume: (1) Administrative Documents including signed SF-1449 and representations, (2) Technical Capability demonstrating PWS requirements with key personnel details, (3) Past Performance including three projects from the last five years, and (4) Pricing with a detailed breakdown of hourly rates.
The quote must be submitted to Melissa.Lake@ihs.gov by the specified time, with strict guidelines for each volume. Offerors must provide comprehensive information about key personnel qualifications, a retention plan, and past performance evidence.
