About this file
This document summarizes a solicitation for ultrasound machines and trade-ins from the Indian Health Service. The Northern Navajo Medical Center requires new GE Healthcare ultrasound machines and will trade in existing Logiq E9 ultrasound equipment. Offerors should provide quotes for the GE Healthcare or equal brand ultrasound machines by October 21, 2019. Technical capability, logistics, and price will be evaluated, with technical factors being most important. Price will only be considered as a tiebreaker if responses are otherwise equal. The award will be either a single contract or multiple contracts for the option(s) representing the best value. Delivery is required to the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico by a date to be determined. The solicitation is set aside for 100% Native-owned small businesses.
