About this file
This file is an Amendment containing Question and Answer (Q&A) responses related to a Polysomnography Sleep and Home Studies solicitation for Quentin N Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility in Belcourt, North Dakota (Solicitation Number 75H70626Q00101).
The Q&A document addresses operational details for the sleep center services contract. Key responses include: the facility currently operates two overnight sleep study rooms (when not on diversion); the current electronic medical record system is HER; patient scheduling and last-minute cancellation management are the contractor's responsibility, not hospital staff; the facility prefers 5 or 7 channel in-lab sleep equipment; each patient retains their own provider for follow-ups regardless of contractor selection; and sleep study interpretations must be performed by a board-certified sleep specialist employed by the selected contractor. These responses clarify contractor responsibilities and current operational parameters that bidders must understand when preparing proposals for this firm-fixed-price, small business set-aside (100%) contract with the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service.
