About this file
This document summarizes an amendment to a request for information and the related answers for a federal contract opportunity through the Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service. The amendment provides clarification on the tribal communities covered in option year one, confirming they include tribes in California as well as the neighboring states of Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. Additionally, the outreach campaigns in later option years will focus only on the two California Area Youth Regional Treatment Centers and expand their marketing reach as needed based on bed utilization, rather than targeting the ten facilities listed on the IHS website. The related solicitation seeks marketing services to create a brand identity and outreach strategy targeting youth, families, and referral sources to increase referrals to the two California Area Youth Regional Treatment Centers. The firm-fixed price contract includes a base year and two option years.
