Subject: DRAFT RFP No. 75FCMC25RJ003, Amend. 01 - RAC Regions 3, 4, and 5

CMS is posting this RFP, Amendment 01, in draft format while internal processes and documents are finalized. Although this RFP is in draft format, CMS does not anticipate any additional changes to the due dates (Q&A, Proposal submission, etc.) listed in the RFP to change.

In an effort to provide maximum opportunity for proposal preparation, a draft copy of the RFP in its entirety is being provided to include the following:

Please be advised that this draft RFP does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a quotation. In addition, the Contracting Officer is the only individual who can legally commit the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with this procurement.
