1Is this a new Task or currently being performed? Would it be possible to share information on the Incumbent?No this is not a new requirement. The incumbent is CCS WP LLC.
2Is the incumbent eligible to recompete?Any small business contractor under NAICS 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a size standard of $15 million is deemed eligible to compete.

3Proposal Organization Volume I: Technical Proposal

L.6(a)(1)

The required Past Performance table, CPARS documents, and questionnaires require a large number of pages. Would CMS consider removing Section F, "Past Performance" from the 60 page restriction?CMS will not remove Section F (Past Performance) from the 60 page restriction. Past Performance documents, such as CPARS documents and questionnaires, are excluded from the 60 page limit. The page limit applies only to the summary table.

Based on work effort (codes, edits etc.) described in the SOW, we are working to identify total number of FTEs for this assignment. Does the Government have a range in mind for personnel required for work effort apart from the listed Key personnel?

3. Lead Coding Specialist (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H minimum)

By what date are ‘Past Performance Questionnaire’ responses expected by CMS? Are these to be included as part of proposal response or are these required to be submitted directly to CMS?The past performance questionnaires should be submitted directly to CMS via email to Tracy.Amos@CMS.hhs.gov by the due date of the proposals.
