This includes notifying the FDA Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Operations Coordination Center (CIOCC) within one (1) hour of discovery/detection in the event of a cybersecurity or privacy incident.

v. Adopt and implement all applicable policies, procedures, controls, and standards required by the FDA Information Security Program to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of government information and government information systems for which the Contractor is responsible under this contract or to which the Contractor may otherwise have access under this contract.
