Questions and Answers

75F40124Q00378

Question 1: Please confirm that this is to be ISO17025:2017 accredited service with Certificates for each Pipette.

Response 1: NOT required, ISO17025:2017 accredited calibration services. This would be an additional expense beyond what is needed for our research purposes.

Question 2: Will you provide a standard format for Volume I and Volume II submissions? Where do we locate these templates?

Response 2: There are no specific templates. The Contractor can utilize their own templates for submission.

Question 3: Are all repair parts included in the unit price or will a government agent provide payment for additional parts needed for ad-hoc repairs outside the scope of a standard preventative maintenance?

Response 3: The government agent will provide payment for additional parts needed for ad-hoc repairs upon approval for such repairs.

Question 4: Can you clarify that we will be providing data for one channel on these pipettes rather than all channels?

Response 4: Yes, as long as it is understood that they will test each channel individually. If one channel fails on a multi-channel pipette, then the pipette as a whole should fail.
