About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ 75D301-26-Q-79167, a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Office of Acquisition Services for the supply and delivery of liquid and compressed gases to CDC/NIOSH campuses in Cincinnati. Key clarifications from the Q&A include: cylinder specifications accept 230-liter, 265-liter, or commercially equivalent high-pressure sizes; all 23 line items require pricing for every performance period regardless of zero annual usage estimates; unit prices must be all-inclusive of cylinder rental, hazmat, delivery, fuel, environmental charges, inside delivery, maintenance, inventory services, and reporting; the 72-hour delivery requirement is measured in business days; the requirement is limited to cylinders and liquid dewars only, excluding stationary bulk tanks or onsite fill services; unlisted gases may be ordered via supplemental quotes processed through the BPA mechanism; and offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendments 00001 and 00002 with quote submission. The quote due date was extended to 10:00 AM ET August 14, 2026, per Amendment 00002.
