About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for an RFI related to the World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) Mental Health Evaluation procurement. The document contains 9 questions and responses regarding a potential acquisition for specialized mental health provider network services.
Key details include: The program is still in market research phase, with no determined timeline for award or performance period. The contractor would provide outpatient mental health services, coordinate care with other providers/health plans, and educate providers on program coverage for conditions like PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Reimbursement will be based on FECA rates from the Department of Labor fee schedule. If pursued, the solicitation would be full and open, though the government has not decided between single or multiple awards. The contractor must coordinate with various insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and private insurance. Additional program statistics and information are available on the CDC's WTC Health Program website, with more details to be provided in any future solicitation.
