Parts covered include:
1. Technai Spirit Transmission Electron Microscope
Services to be included:
One (1) preventive maintenance service visit annually. Preventive maintenance will include those actions that the manufacturer deems necessary to ensure the Equipment performs properly.
Preventive maintenance and emergency repair services will be provided during normal business hours (8:00am—5:00pm local time Monday—Friday) and may be provided concurrently with a remedial maintenance visit.
Contractor shall provide four-hour targeted telephone support, forty-eight-hour targeted onsite labor response, and unlimited labor hours (including travel time and expenses). Contractor shall provide all necessary spare parts (including any accessories listed in the equipment list and/or purchase order), replacement FEG tip (for applicable products), and software updates.
Contractor shall provide the covered replacement parts required to perform equipment maintenance service. Part(s) may be new or rebuilt, at the Manufacturer’s discretion, but shall always meet original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
