1. Is there additional paperwork required to be submitted for joint response arrangement before or along with the RFQ response? No additional paper work is required. Submit Joint Venture agreement paper work provided by SBA.
2. Is this contract totally (100%) set aside for small business? Yes
3. What percentage(s) allocated to EDWOSB/WOSB, and other categories? Can you please explain. If so, I would respond and say it is a 100% small business set-aside only—absent social economic categories.
4. Based on our reading is it correct to say govt has approved this RFQ for NAICS code 541512- COMPUTER SYSTEMS DESIGN SERVICES size standard 30 Million? Yes
5. What’s name of the incumbent contractor and incumbent’s contract number? This is a new requirement.
6. Who are the current sub-contractors? This is a new requirement
7. What’s time frame (in terms of years and months) planned to complete end to end transition i.e.
including base line and optional items? See Schedule B- Line Item detailed outlined in the RFQ.
8. In reference to *Similar Experience & Capability* do these details need to be related only to Government’s Contract? No
9. Or will commercial (non-govt ) similar project’s experience will be treated same or at par with Govt?
