About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a federal contract opportunity. The CDRL specifies the requirement for a Status Report related to the Environmental Management System (EMS) for the Laser Vector Preventative Maintenance and Calibration contract.

The key details are: the Status Report must be submitted as requested (ASREQ); the report provides the status of EMS training completion for all contractor personnel working on Robins AFB; the Prime Contractor is responsible for ensuring all subcontractors, vendors, and employees complete the required Air Force-provided EMS Awareness Training prior to beginning work; and failure to provide documentation of EMS Training completion may result in contract termination. The CDRL also provides the Government points of contact for the contract and the WAWF system.
