Responses should address company information, relevant experience and technical capability, past performance references (up to three), current manufacturer authorizations/certifications, capacity to perform as prime or through teaming/subcontracting, and small-business status under NAICS 561621. The Government is using this market research to inform procurement methodology, acquisition vehicle selection, small-business set-aside determinations under FAR 19.502-2, and whether to bundle or consolidate the requirement.
