About this file

This document is a Bid Question and Answer file for the Nevada Department of Wildlife's Water Tank Habitat project (Solicitation Number 72DOW-S3458), specifically addressing vendor inquiries about tank specifications. The project requires a rectangular water tank with precise dimensions of 8.5 feet x 16 feet x 30 inches tall, designed as an above-ground tank with UV protectant materials that will fit existing infrastructure and self-leveling drinker systems. The tank must be closed-top with a lid, and cylindrical tanks or tanks exceeding 30 inches in height are explicitly excluded.

The bid is being processed through the NevadaEPro state procurement platform, with a bid submission deadline of September 17, 2025. While specific budget details are not provided, the procurement appears to be a standard competitive bidding process focused on habitat infrastructure and water tank modification. Potential vendors must register on the NevadaEPro platform, carefully review all bid requirements, and submit comprehensive quotes that demonstrate technical capability and pricing competitiveness. The project suggests an infrastructure or environmental enhancement initiative for the Nevada Department of Wildlife, with vendors required to meet precise technical specifications and submission guidelines.
