About this file

This document outlines amendments to a federal contract solicitation between USAID Colombia and a contractor. The solicitation is for services to maintain USAID Colombia's Monitoring and Information System called "Monitor."

The amendments update section references and modify service level agreement terms for system availability and response/resolution times. Availability is amended from a maximum of 17.52 cumulative working hours of downtime per year to 17.52 cumulative calendar hours. Response times are changed from working hours to calendar hours, with one hour to respond and eight calendar hours to resolve issues. Reporting and resolution times for more significant issues are set at one hour to report and 24 calendar hours to resolve. The amendments also add a new clause limiting subcontracting to non-local entities. The purpose of the contract is to provide software updates, user support, infrastructure maintenance, and additional cybersecurity or third-party software expertise to keep the Monitor system secure and operational for USAID Colombia and its implementing partners.
