About this file

This document provides an amendment to a request for proposals from USAID/Uzbekistan seeking to transform market systems. The amendment clarifies that grade 12, rather than 11, is the highest grade for salary of foreign service national staff in Uzbekistan. The RFP aims to achieve sustainable and inclusive economic growth by strengthening businesses and the enabling environment in targeted sectors such as tourism, textiles, ICT and green economy. A market systems approach will be used to structurally transform the Uzbekistan economy through strengthening current growth drivers while developing new sectors to create jobs, economic inclusion, and export markets for SMEs.
