About this file

This document provides details on a Request for Proposals (RFP) from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the Water and Development (WADI) II program. USAID seeks to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts valued at approximately $500 million over five years to provide services in support of USAID's Center for Water Security, Sanitation and Hygiene. Key services include water resource management, water supply and sanitation, hygiene promotion, and applied research. Offerors must submit proposals by July 30, 2021. USAID anticipates awarding up to eight contracts, with up to three reserved for small businesses. This amendment provides updates to proposal instructions and the evaluation criteria, and clarifies guidance on labor rates and subcontractor submissions.
