About this file
This is a presentation deck for an industry day event scheduled for February 19, 2025, regarding the 711th Human Performance Wing (HPW) Mission Support Services follow-on contract. The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) plans to award multiple IDIQ contracts as a 100% 8(a) set-aside under NAICS code 541990 with a $505M ceiling, targeting 5 awardees for a five-year ordering period with a six-year performance period.
The contract will provide mission support services to the 711 HPW, predominantly at Wright-Patterson AFB, encompassing personal and non-personal services including medical, IT, Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS), and Service Contract Act (SCA) covered work. Key requirements include administrative support, certified technical services, clinical support services, and engineering/technical services. The acquisition will use a Highest Technically Rated Offeror source selection method, with pricing and past performance evaluated at the task order level. The RFP is expected to be released in Q3 2025, with proposals due 30 days after final RFP issuance and contract award estimated for January 2026. Security requirements include both Secret and Top Secret facility clearances, though most positions will only require NACI background investigations.
