REPAIR ATON HUDSON RIVER (FY21 CPOP) AT USCG DISTRICT 1

NEW YORK/NEW JERSEY, PSN: 10156787

RESPONSES TO RFI QUESTIONS:

Question 1 (Q1): Please provide POC for the Stanton Island Lighthouse to inspect prior to bid the structure to be painted.

Response 1 (R1): The POC for the Stanton Island Lighthouse is BMCS Joey Bucciero, Officer in Charge (OIC), Aids to Navigation Team (ANT) New York, (201) 443-6298.

Q2: What is the approximate lay down area for the Staten Island ATON?

R2: You should be able to estimate the laydown area from plans and photos from drawings, sheets S- 201I and S-202I.

Q3: After reviewing the specs for this project, I noticed a requirement to perform "Pull-Off Testing.”

If you need someone to perform this for you, we can provide that. Please let me know if I can send you a proposal or if you have a list of the GCs bidding that would be responsible for this testing.

R3: You appeared seeking to bid on one portion of the specs. An interested offeror shall bid the entire specs, not only a portion of the specs. If you are interested bidding only on a portion of the specs, you may seek subcontract opportunities with the prime contractor after award of this contract, which will be published on SAM.gov website after award.
